WP NAZ CHURCH BOARD
– A team of trusted members elected by the congregation to work alongside the pastor in leading and serving the church.
They support the pastor and staff with encouragement, accountability, and partnership in ministry. They also help set ministry goals, plan for the church’s future, and evaluate the effectiveness of our ministries. In addition, the Board oversees the church budget and resources with integrity, handles membership matters, and helps organize the church’s structure in line with the Church of the Nazarene’s Manual.
