Breakdown of small groups & classes for Fall, 2023
-The Chosen
We’ll be watching season one and having thought provoking discussion. Pastors Dale & Michelle will host in their home on Wednesday evenings @ 6:30 p.m., starting September 13th.
-Emotionally Healthy Spirituality
A mix of video teaching and discussion, this class is an integration of emotional health & spiritual practice. This group will begin on Monday, September 18th, and is in the evening from 6:30 to 8:30p. The cost is $30 for workbook, study guide & devotional. Materials will be ordered after registration.
-Revelation of John
This class is taught by Cory Smith. The class meets in the chapel on Sunday evenings 4:30-6:00. A light supper is arranged within the group.
-Retired Men’s Fellowship Group
Facilitated by Larry King at the McDonald’s every Tuesday mornings at 9:00 a.m.
-Retired Men’s Bible Study
Led by Scott Meyer on Friday mornings in the church chapel, at 9:00 a.m. Currently studying the Book of Ephesians.
-Women of Grace Bible Study
This groups meets on Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. in the church chapel and is led by Julie Loring. This session will be covering the letters of John. Group begins on September 14th.
-“The Lord’s Prayer”
In this 6-week bible study, you’re invited to know God as Father; worship; surrender, ask audaciously, find freedom, and live victoriously. This group will be meeting on Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30p in the chapel, led by Brian & Shelbie Elzas.

This 7-week study of Psalms by singer Adrienne Camp brings a new perspective to the beloved Psalms.
-Wild At Heart
This classic men’s small group experience uses video teaching by John Eldridge and has been updated with today’s issues in mind. 6-sessions. Time/Day/Place is TBD.
-“Jesus & The Promise of the Ten Commandments”
Author Adam Hamilton considers the commandments in their historical context, considering the meaning of each commandment in Hebrew, unpacking how Jesus reinterpreted them. A 6-week video study. Leadership, time & place is TBD.
-“Jesus Revealed: ‘I Am’ Statements in the Gospel of John”
A 6-week Study by Matt Rawle explores the profound truth at the heart of the I Am statements. Leadership will be shared. Time & place is TBD.
-“Parenting: Getting IT Right”
This is a 6-session video study, led by Andy & Sandra Stanley. Parenting is complicated, and parents want to get it right. The direction parents chose will in some way determine our children’s destination-emotionally, relationally, spiritually, and professionally. Leadership is shared; time & place is determined by the group. Childcare available.
-“The Marriage You’ve Always Wanted”
This video experience helps couples with big issues: questions like money, communication, decision making, in-laws, and much more. In 6-sessions Dr. Gary Chapman, helps couples discover the ‘joy potential’ in marriage and the “ministry potential” for God. Cost includes video & book. Leadership, time, and place is determined by the group. Childcare available.
-“Sacred Marriage”
In this 6-week small group Bible study, writer and speaker Gary Thomas invites you to see how God can use marriage as a discipline and a motivation to reflect more of the character of Jesus. Childcare available.
